The Sage Barista Express combines precision engineering with an integrated conical burr grinder featuring 16 grind settings for freshly ground coffee directly into the portafilter. The 15-bar Italian pump and PID temperature control ensure optimal water temperature at 93°C, while low-pressure pre-infusion gradually increases pressure for even flavour extraction and a creamy espresso.
The manual steam wand allows you to craft smooth microfoam with a silky texture for latte art, and the included temperature control jug helps achieve perfect milk texturing. This semi-automatic espresso machine operates with a dial interface and includes filters, steam rod, jug, hot water rod, and milk jug.
